Nice to meet you!

Hello! My name is Jenny. I’m a natural light portrait and lifestyle photographer based in Sherwood, Oregon and serving the Portland metro area.

I've always been drawn to photography. As a child, I would comb through old photo albums of my family or long lost relatives, marveling at the stillness of the perfect, or not so perfect moment captured on film. I would arrange my cabbage patch dolls just so, with elaborate props and scenes and snap away.  In college, I'll admit I sometimes skipped class, drawn away by the beauty of the day and the hope of capturing a snippet of the beauty I saw with my Nikon film camera set to auto.

When I became a mother, my love of photography became a bit of an obsession. I wanted to capture every sweet little curl and beautiful expression in perfect light and a perfectly clean home. Nowadays, I understand how that perfect moment isn't something I need to create. It's there in the every day moments, right there waiting for me to capture it.

I find immense joy in preserving the fleeting moments of my families life in a fun, honest and artistic way. I'd be honored to do the same for you.

I am available for a limited number of sessions each month. If you think we'd be a good fit, I'd love to document your perfectly, imperfect moments too.
